We understand and protect confidentiality. We do not disclose any candidate’s information without his or her express permission. For confidential searches, we will not disclose the name of our client unless we’ve first established that the candidate is both interested and qualified.

About Our Founder

Marni Rae Robin, Esq. is the President and founder of Maxwell Brooks LLC. She brings over 25 years’ experience as a practicing attorney to her expertise as a Headhunter. A former law firm owner herself, Marni also has worked for law firms ranging from Am Law 200 to Wall Street boutiques. Prior to founding Maxwell Brooks, Marni was a successful Attorney Search Director with one of the nation’s largest legal search firms. She earned her J.D. from Tulane Law School and her B.A. from Binghamton University (SUNY).

In short, she doesn’t just talk the talk, she walks the walk.

Marni knows first-hand that hiring and job changes can be stressful for everyone. She also believes an attorney’s career can be one of the most important sources of individual fulfillment. She takes great satisfaction in matching attorneys with employers enabling them to work together to reach their fullest mutual potential.
